Receive Instant Notifications from your Visitors

Receive push notifications when your visitors/customers submit feedback on your website without needing a backend server.

Fast and Private

Push Notifications arrive faster than email so you can get back to customers earlier. Notifications are also encrypted by default so there is less chance of network agents snooping on your data.

No Apps to Download

We support browser-based Push Notifications to deliver messages to your devices so that you don't need to download any apps. Never worry about bloated and pushy apps again.

Easy to Use

Use our widget on your static website to get a floating feedback form instantly or call our API directly from your website in your own code. No server-side code is needed.

FAQ

How much does this service cost?
We currently only provide a free plan and have no plans for a paid tier unless our resources become strained.
What are the limits of the free plan?
We have a cap of 1000 free messages per user per 24 hours. Your browser may impose additional throttling (beyond our control) if you abuse their Push network.
What kind of content can I submit?
Only text (including emojis) with a maximum length of 220 characters. The length limitation is a natural limitation of browser Push networks.
How is my privacy protected?
We do not store your data except for numerical data (message size, frequency, etc.) needed for optimizing our service and IP addresses for misuse tracking.
How is my data handled?
Any data that is sent to us through our service is dispatched to your browser's Push Notifications server. We do not store your data on our servers.
Your browser's Push Notifications server is responsible for transferring the messages to your device or holding the messages for a short time if your device is offline. For more information on how they handle your messages, you will need to contact them.
How do I reply to my customers?
Our widget will ask users to input an email or phone number so that you can contact them through alternate means. Our widget does not provide multi-directional chat functionality.
What can't I see my messages on my desktop computer?
Messages are only delivered to the device(s) that you have subscribed to notifications. They are not stored on our servers (for GDPR compliance reasons) and so you will not be able to access them from another device or computer.
Why are my messages visible even after I logout?
Message delivery is tied to your browser on your device. Even after you logout, messages will still be pushed to your browser and stored in the browser cache and therefore be visible to anyone using your browser on your device.
Who can I contact if I have questions?
Use the feedback form by clicking the Chat Bubble on the bottom right of the screen.
Can I make a donation?
We thank you for your generosity. But rather than donating to us, how about donating to a charity for a cause we hold dear.
"I have often thought that nothing would do more extensive good at small expense than the establishment of a small circulating library in every county, to consist of a few well-chosen books, to be lent to the people of the country under regulations as would secure their safe return in due time."
Thomas, 3rd P.
"The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, as one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable."
